  • What are your Hours of Operation?

    We are available 7-days a week, 24-hours a day.

  • Do you bill insurance companies?

    It can be difficult to decipher what your insurance covers. Our team at Victory works closely with case managers and insurance companies to make sure that our medical transportation services run smoothly. Our team will preauthorize your medical flight and let you know what is covered before your medical transport.

  • Do you have Case Managers that can help?

    Yes, Victory EMS does provide you with an Air Ambulance Case Manager! Our team will work with you to assure your patient is preauthorized prior to transport. We work closely with insurance companies and will get the transport preauthorized leaving more time for you to focus on your day-to-day tasks.

  • Do you provide travel for the patient’s family?

    Usually families can accompany the patient, however it is on a case by case basis. Determination is usually decided on the type of transport, how emergent the transport is, and the vehicle being used during the transport. Please ask dispatch when setting up the trip to see if a family member can accompany.

  • How much do you charge for a transport?

    Though we are extremely competitive, each transport is unique and depends on multiple factors. We encourage you to call us at (208) 321-1703 to get a quote.

  • How far in advance do I need to reserve a transport?

    24-hrs in advance is preferred; however we can accommodated most requests within a few hours.

  • Do you have bariatric equipment?

    Yes, we can accommodate bariatric patients and we have the equipment necessary to provide a safe comfortable transport.

  • Will your Transport Specialist put patients into bed and arrange to transport belongings?

    We will assist with bed transfers however safety comes first. If we decide that moving a patient could result in injury to our staff or the patient, we will request additional help or make a plan to assure safe transfer. Personal belongings are accommodated within reason and staff can suggest other options if not.

  • There are a variety of reasons to charter a medical flight, air ambulance, or non-emergency medical air transportation.

    Medical issues that required transport to specialty hospitals, relocating or moving residences, family members needing transport for hospice, or family get-togethers.

    Due to illness, there are many families who have not had the ability to travel on vacation with their loved ones in the past, flying privately allows for families to travel together in a less-stressful manor, at their convenience – safely and securely.
