Victory Medical Transportation utilizes fully automated Stryker and Ferno stretchers to provide a safe and comfortable transition from your bed to the stretcher. These stretchers offer the ability to gently lift and lower patients without having to raise or lower one side of the stretcher at a time making your transport as comfortable as possible without compromising safety.
Victory Medical Transportation offers both stretcher and Broda transports. These type of transports are utilized for patients that are bedbound and unable to sit in a wheelchair. This can include post hip repair, surgeries, or quadriplegic patients. The stretcher is designed for shorter transports and transports into a residence. The Broda is a hybrid wheelchair/stretcher that allows the team to adjust the position of the patient during the transport. In addition, the Broda has additional padding to assure that patients remain as comfortable as possible during any long distance trip. Ours stretchers has the ability to adjust to get around steps and small inclines giving you piece of mind when navigating around unexpected obstacles. We always provide 2 or more person teams to assure that you feel safe during a stretcher transports.
Our Broda chairs are one person operation as they function similar to a wheelchair. The Broda often times is a quicker and more comfortable transport as our staff is able to change the position of the Broda. It also can function as a wheelchair as needed.
Our bariatric stretchers have lift capabilities of 600-lbs and come with factory extensions to properly secure the patient and provide for a comfortable transportation experience. Four inches wider than a traditional stretcher make our bariatric transports much more comfortable and safe to execute heavy lifts.

Most stretcher/Broda transports are not covered by insurance. However, you can ask our team if your insurance will cover the transport. If insurance will not cover, our dispatch team can help process your payment and schedule your trip.

Comfort
Victory Medical Transportation’s equipment exceeds the medical industry transport standards:
- Our transport stretchers are battery powered to help make height adjustment with patient safety in mind.
- Due to many patient’s diet restrictions, Victory will not provide refreshments or snacks, however, you are able to bring some items with you, especially for those long distance transports.
Technology
Every vehicle is equipped with GPS to ensure accurate pick up and drop off locations. We also have safety cameras in the vehicle to monitor the driver and actively coach if any distractions may arise during the transport.
A comprehensive maintenance program is used for each vehicle to ensure safe and dependable operation.
